Brady Holmer I would say the complete opposite. People that out of shape needs to kill their robot lawnmower, toss their snow shoveling machines to the side & start doing things manually at home. Shovel snow with a snow shovel, mow your lawn, or even scythe it. Walk the stairs et cetera.

Anti-high-protein-intake people talk about how small ( but measurable ), additional hypertrophy gains between 1.2 & 1.6+g/kg are. Happily ignoring the many other benefits humans see from a + 1.6g/kg/day protein intake. Better health outcomes, less total energy intake et cetera.

So settle for 50g, use 6 eggs, 200g of silken tofu, 2x scoop of protein and boom. Higher-SPC protein muffins.
