Young woman and dog were involved in a hit and run on #Prior st this weekend. The dog was PINNED by the car at a dangerous corner and it took off. The City of Vancouver must do more to make Prior St. safe: permanent changes, enforcement, crosswalks, pedestrian lights. #vanpoli
