Spring marathon on the horizon? Tim’s marathon training runs begin this Sunday from Mary Stevens Park at 9am. They start at 10 mile, add on 1 mile per week and will build you all the way up to 20 getting you ready for the big day. #marathon #marathontraining #londonmarathon
