Merry Christmas to all of our St. Mary's families. Our final Advent word of the day is:

Our Early Islamic Culture drama workshop is underway. Our Y6 students are enjoying learning about Baghdad in 762CE and The House of Wisdom. We look forward to performing it for the rest of the school and parents at 2:30pm.

Y2 had a fantastic time on Wednesday morning at High Green Gymnastic Academy learning new skills and trying out the equipment.

We had a totally rocking time today for World Number Day! Everyone was invited to come to school dressed as a TTrockstar or in another number related costume. The effort was super impressive. Our classes worked together to practice their maths skills with a range of games. 🎸🤘

It was another fresh but exciting day of cross country on Saturday, this time in the Catholic Schools Primary Championship. A big well done to all who took part.

We were thrilled to welcome Ross McGill of 🇬🇧 TeacherToolkit.co.uk in to school today, to drop off our new Actions Mats!  These were kindly donated by Jonathan Bhowmick of Action Mats.  We are looking forward to sharing how these will be used to support learning across school.

Today saw children across school compete in Level Three of our whole-school golf competition.  A big thank you again to Stu Warren Golf for his excellent coaching.  We look forward to taking part in Level Four in 2026!
