In 2015, I've taken up long distance running and raised my first £600 for charity. As millions of other runners, I was hooked, and have since ran over 50 long-distance events, fundraising for 15 charities. There has always been a significant charitable aspect to long distance

Last week, I participated in a Cycle Safety Engagement & Enforcement operation, in Chinatown. Dangerous cycling is a growing issue in Westminster, with rental e-bike and food delivery journeys ever increasing; while the enforcement of standards by operators remains insufficient.

Order cancelled🍜🚫 As part of the joint Cycle Safety Engagement & Enforcement Op, a food delivery rider was arrested for an immigration offence during a routine stop.🚲 Moreover, 4 Community Protection Notices and 1 Criminal Behaviour order were issued.👮‍♂️ #StJamesMatters
