Going through a number of provinces now to prepare projections. It's a wave across all provinces. Really bad for the ANC. Specific numbers to follow throughout the day.

[ON AIR] eNCA projects that the DA will retain the Western Cape. The ANC will remain the official opposition in the province with the PA making inroads. Election analyst Wayne Sussman has more details. #DStv403 #eNCA #Elections2024

The Eskom Death Spiral: This graph (Ave. Weekly Electricity Demand) provides one of the compelling reasons why there is no load shedding. Besides improved maintenance, less sabotage & past broken units returned to service, the actual demand for Eskom’s power has reduced

Used the PRASA Group and Gautrain service to and from the #Springboks game this afternoon and I must say, what a seamless and comfortable experience. Been to a few events around the world and this was world class! Thank you!

You know what is treason? Stealing from poor through corruption and tenders. Not allowing businesses to flourish so people can get jobs. Leaving our borders open. Allowing people in parliament to incite violence and spread hate. All this is treason. Not what AfriForum is doing.💪

According to Grok, a conservative total lost to government corruption in South Africa is approximately R3 trillion. A higher-end estimate, factoring in unquantified losses, could reach R5 trillion. This is the equivalent of: 15 - 25 million homes 30 000 - 50 000 schools

In 2018 VAT went from 14% to 15%. Nobody promises to reduce it anymore. In 2004 plastic bags got taxed at 20 cents. It’s now over R2 on average for a single bag. In 2016 a levy on tyres was implemented to “save the environment”. No environment has been saved. Tax is theft.
