SpongeBob “GO FETCH!” aired on Nickelodeon last week! Pinreel Inc. brought me onto the project to help out with lighting & materials. Director Adam Paloian trusted me with the ‘TRANSLUCENT FISH’ shot and gave me the time to iterate and experiment, really pushing the look

John, this looks great! Did you assemble this in fully in Reality Composer Pro, a game engine, or a particular DCC? Would love to learn more about this.

If you ever wanted to know why I am so strongly positive about Vision Pro, to the point that it’s replaced all of my screens: Adam and Norm completely nail the exact feelings I have in their M5 AVP review video

Sad to hear. The MX Ink that was gifted to me last year at AWE to test on the Quest 3 is just collecting dust. We really need some actual creative app support for this accessory on launch. Something like Adobe Substance 3D Modeler and/or Gravity Sketch for visionOS, or drawing app.

Noticeable M5 AVP performance improvement when running a multi-shader stress test: - M2 struggles to render 8 shader graph materials and suffers from pixelation on the caustics material - M5 does a better a job at loading all materials and reduces the pixelation in caustics

I think a collaboration between Feather 3D and Procreate with Logitech Muse stylus could be a worthy and great start. We need some worthy CREATING apps before I decide to plunk down $$ for yet another accessory that will just end up collecting dust. 🤞

First test with Logitech Muse stylus for Apple Vision Pro. Since there are no apps available at the moment, I resorted to downloading a sample project from the WWDC25 session “Explore Spatial Accessory Input on visionOS”. Lots of potential here! youtu.be/L16YLsOBvOo?si…

AGREED!! Also, I need to be able to click on forward button to simulate pinch/mouse click. We need this system wide for sure. Apple Support Logitech SO much potential here, they really need a few solid apps at launch.

Dev note for Unreal Engine 5.7 in VisionOS -- the VisionOSEngine.ini used to be a minefield because if you set anything wrong compared to SwiftMain.swift, you'd be in trouble and get a crash, but now you're very safe! Even if you make a mistake, you'll just get weird rendering,
