Some drama in Vista as a palm tree caught fire during the city’s fireworks show at Brengle Terrace Park. Firefighters quickly knocked out the blaze.

A brush fire broke out at the Oceanside Municipal AirPort at about 1:45 p.m. Oceanside Fire out the blaze in about an hour and no injuries have been reported as of yet. Cause under investigation.
