Enjoying just sitting in the garden when I noticed a few #Swift over (sadly a declining species in #WestKirby) … next thing I’m out the front watching a few hundred (more than I’ve ever seen from home!) - hope it’s a sign of a good year for them 🙏 Really lifted the spirits ❤️

Happy birthday dad - here we are on the Hardangervidda almost 40 years ago! It was lovely to pass through and show my kids this incredible mountain plateau National Park area last week 🇳🇴 it brought back some lovely memories. Thanks for being an inspiration - miss you ❤️
