Don’t get to do a lot of cask beer anymore, I’m psyched how the Resurrection Ale dry hopped with Saaz turned out for today’s Charles St. Promenade. Condition was spot on, lovely cascade when poured, feel like a proud Dad 🍻😃🍻

New on tap: “Day Trip To Rotterdam” 5% abv Dutch style Kuitbier, hazy gold, creamy oat mouthfeel with a subtle herbal Noble Hop presence. “Swallow The Sun”, 5.4% abv German style lager, bright gold, crisp with a pleasing fruity hop presence (dry hopped with Ariana)

I think that I have grossly underestimated the number of T-shirts I need for the brew day today 🥵
