Target race of my entire year this weekend. Build up has gone surprisingly well. So now, 3 days out, I’ve only gone and caught a bloomin’ cold 🤧 🤬

Great South Run 10mile race yesterday. 1st M55 in 58:56 Happy with that considering I was weakened by a bruised knee & the back end of a cold I had since Thursday. Stats en-route lifted from Strava via Coros, always slightly out but showing decent base fitness 😅 Click on pic:
