XFCI is filing its audited 10k now with the SEC, it should appear tomorrow. EEGI the OTC continues to be non-cooperative as our attorney has tried repeatedly to file it current.

Now that the heavy lifting of SEC audited financials is handled, we can again focus on the fight business of XFC. Once EEGI is finally current, we will likely move XFC Latam into it as planned.

XFCI 10k has been filed, should show up in 60 minutes per the the processor. We did well, I’m proud of what XFC accomplished during the apocalypse when most people were sleeping in their pajamas for 2 years…

EEGI has had a new CEO appointed today and we expect this to expedite filing current next week per OTC.

As with any emerging public company, the most important number is the 2.1MM in revenue for 2021…what is 400% year over year increase???
