Step Up welcomes Mompati Mbakhwa into his new role as Center Director. We look forward to this exciting new chapter as Mompati takes over leadership of local operations and brings his vision, energy and creativity to the role of Center Director.

Learn, Save, Earn! That was the theme of #GlobalMoneyWeek2019. Our Achievers learned all about #financialliteracy, #personalfinance, #investment and #entrepreneurship by participating in this worldwide event.

Our Achievers have been working on #personalmottos this week! These #motivational statements are a reminder to each Achiever of their #goals and beliefs and #empower them when things get tough! Do you have a #personalphilosophy?

This week our Achievers took part in the #InternationalDayoftheAfricanChild. This day raises awareness of the continuing need for improvement of the #education provided to African children. We’re proud of our Achievers for taking part in the event!

Step Up kicked off our school break activities with an amazing #poetry workshop from our friends at #TheHoneycombHub! Our Achievers inspired us with their creativity and we think they will #inspire you too— check out Standard 5 Achiever Princess presenting her poem on education.

At Step Up, our Achievers are learning both in and outside of the classroom! We recently held a #permagardening training where our Achievers learned the theory and put their knowledge into practice by building garden beds which they will care for throughout the 2020 school year!
