It’s with great sadness that the ICU learns of the passing of Philip Short. Philip won the 1st of his many Irish Titles in ‘81, with the last in ‘17. Known for his friendly banter & terrific Chess strength, Philip was popular with all. Our condolences to his wife & 2 daughters
