A morning service took place today to mark Ukrainian Independence Day and salute the fearless resolve of the Ukrainian people who continue to fight for their freedom with the UK stood beside them. #StandWithUkraine🇺🇦

#HiddenHeroes Day 2024 is 25 September – a day to remember the men and women working in UK prisons, IRCs, probation and youth justice; thank them for their service; and remind them they’re not forgotten even if they are largely hidden from public view. HiddenHeroes.uk

Results received this week from case audit “Well managed case with a proactive, thoughtful and highly engaged practitioner working to build a constructive relationship and motivate the person”. Fantastic result I would say, given the current workload situation.

In the context of high workloads and staffing issues, Phil echoes the Chief Inspectors comments that probation staff have been heroic. #NapoAGM24
