If the leagues cup was a proper tournament MLS would have 2 teams level and 2 teams up a goal going into the away legs and would be lucky to have 2 of them qualify for the semis.

So apparently Oshawa has a NLL team this season. And the Toronto Rock are back to playing in Hamilton. Going from city hall to the arenas, the not Toronto Oshawa team is 8km closer to Toronto then the Toronto Rock.

Overshadowed by the Kingston news, Richmond Hill has been fielding teams in the reserve divisions of L1O for years. Glad they've finally made the jump to full-member

Toronto FC is one of, if not the worst, teams in MLS history in terms of historic points per game, and have been complete garbage for 13 of the 19 seasons they've existed, but still place top half in most fans eyes for historical clubs because the Bezbatchenko era was THAT good

Pacific was on pace to be the third member of a "big 3" with Forge and Cavalry before they were very obviously put on the back-burner for Rob Friend to create as many CPL teams in BC as possible. They deserve an owner soley focused on them

INCLUDING the Canadian Championship Vancouver FC have won 3 matches out of 28 played this season. They've only won 1 match in the Canadian Championship in their history. And somehow, they're in a national cup final.

Honestly with "Toronto's team" seeming to be their social media motto this season, makes sense they'd want to switch to having Toronto in the name. But a 2nd rebrand in 5 years won't change anything
