This simple quote from Paul Graham changed the trajectory of my life. Build things. Tell others about them. Ask people to pay for the product. Congratulations, you now have a business.

The real victims of the SVB fallout are the depositors: startups (10 to 100 employees) who cannot make payroll, and will have to shut down or furlough *next week* If these startups wait weeks/months for their deposits, we have destroyed a generation of US startups, *at random*

This take on the Vision Pro by Benedict Evans is the best I've seen. Clear thinking wrapped in a fantastic writing style. It's well worth your time. ben-evans.com/benedictevans/…

Want to start a startup doing eye-tracking? If so I'd be interested in funding it. A friend of mine has ALS and can only move his eyes. He has an eye-controlled keyboard, but it's not very good. Can you make him a better one?

Do you ever screenshot things that they want to remember for later? Maybe it’s travel plans, a recipe you want to remember, or an article you want to reference later for work. I do this *all the time* but finding the what I want later is kind of a pain. If this sounds like you,

The funniest outcome with this whole “Apple vs. Beeper” saga would be if Apple said, “Fine use the iMessage protocol. We won’t break interoperability and you can even have full feature parity… BUT… Any messages sent this way will still show up as the dreaded “Green Bubble”.

I bought $235,231 worth of sports cards in the past 15 months with my co-founder, Josh Seaborn. I know it sounds insane to spend that much money on pieces of cardboard, but the reason is straightforward: the math told us to do it. Here’s the story of more.xyz. In

Caught up with some AI startups recently. A two founder team that reached 1.5m ARR and has only hired one person. Another single founder at 1m ARR and will 3x within a few months. The trajectory of early startups is steepening just like the power of the models they’re built on.
