I’m a bit late to Richard Osman books but I started The Thursday Murder Club today and it’s a bloody delight. Had Victoria Wood ever written a book I imagine it would be like this.
There’s a brilliant article about Bob Grant on the British Comedy Guide by Graham McCann. So much more than a tears of a clown piece but rather it explores the perils of typecasting and how genuinely hard the acting profession can be. It’s a rather sad piece but important nonetheless.
I’m wondering if British Crisps has ever had these bad boys? Delicious from Lancashire Crisps What is the sauce? It’s a mystery but they are marvellous.
