Where do trialists register their RCTs? The Health Research Authority/Department of Health and Social Care recommend ISRCTN: the UK's Clinical Study Registry (hra.nhs.uk/planning-and-i…)...but this meant STAND_Trial was left out of this annual review which used clinicaltrials.gov ☹️(alz-journals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/tr… - one of my fav's 😍!!). Any advice?

When did I start thinking about STAND_Trial? Almost 6 yrs ago! It defo has been a 'long & winding road' as Sir Paul would say 😜. Shout out to Dr Amir Englund for being one of my first consults 😍!! Lots of errors corrected in this 1st email exchange (got my phases mixed up 😅)

This makes me so sad 😢. It's a STAND_Trial participant. Either the care home didn't have capacity to do any non pharma interventions...or the residents symptoms were so severe that they weren't feasible. Either way, my heart breaks for this person ❤️ Understanding Patient Data Patients Know Best
