Day 1 of our Integrated Adolescent Mothers Fun Event began with lively dances to break the ice. The day is now underway with vikao sessions covering mental health, healthy relationships, skilful parenting, and life skills, creating space for learning, sharing, and connection.

With the support of YSW_ Kenya, we met with YOEP Project subgrantee youth clubs under KESCO YEC to check on the progress of their Income Generating Activities, celebrate progress and tackle existing challenges. #YOEP #economicempowerment

Through #YoungMamasThrive (YMT) Initiative, we continued our group therapy session with selected young mothers, supported by psychologist from MSF. Today’s focus was on exploring healthy vs unhealthy relationships, creating a safe space for open conversations and self-reflection

Last week we joined a community awareness forum at Haki Village, hosted by Agenda Kenya, on the Mombasa County Budget implementation for FY24/25 and sector priorities for FY25/26. The session promoted budget transparency and civic engagement for improved service delivery.
