To anyone who thinks teachers make too much or don’t work enough: My brother is a first year teacher who spent countless hours preparing this summer. He just finished his first day with students. It’s 8:43 PM in his time zone, and he’s still at work.

I go back to work on Monday. I haven’t stepped foot in my classroom since the last day in May. What monstrosity awaits me? #teacherprobs #goodbyesummer
