Welcome (back) to ex-students Owen and Alfie who returned to our school today to talk about their journey of winning BBC's #RaceAcrossTheWorld. They are such an inspiration to our students and we are so very proud of what they have achieved. Thanks for coming back to visit us!

A fabulous evening was had by all last night as we celebrated the Y13s completing their time at SRA with a evening at OAs. They all looked amazing and had a great time 💃🏻🪩Thank you Samuel Ryder PTA for contributing to their celebration- they really appreciated the kind gesture.

Our Year 12 induction was a huge success - all students came away with enthusiasm and are very excited to embark on their post 16 journey. You were all amazing and we look forward to seeing you all on GCSE results day! Enjoy your summer holidays ☀️

Meet Lila. Lila is head student and wants to take a lead on mentoring across the school. Lila is very keen to ensure all students are supported and will run the year 7 mentoring scheme in September.

What an amazing half term we’ve had in sixth form. We’ve welcomed 100 new Year 12s and our Year 13s have been busy organising charity events and student leadership planning days. Lots more to come next half term

Thank you to Alison from University of Hertfordshire for delivering a fantastic talk on degree apprenticeships yesterday in our amazing new drama studio. We have lots more apprenticeship and career talks booked for next term.

*Guest speaker: Product Designer* Neil Merry spoke to KS5 Product Design students about his career and the pros and cons of being in Product Design. He gave insight into career opportunities and spoke to students individually about their A-level project, offering helpful advice.
