Regarding Bel'Veth, we're reverting a change we did previously that would have her start combat with her true form once she had leveled her ultimate. We're pairing in with some compensation buffs, but we expect this to still be a meaningful nerf.

I'm also very excited because this patch also releases with Yunara, along with a brand new Yunara exclusive augment that turns your basic attacks into a Lazzzzzzzzer hitting everyone (plants included) in a line.

Finally found out what project Qiu is on, it's 2XKO. Based on his work on Sigma, Briar will be in good fee - I mean hands when she gets ported.

Braum nerf: - Base armor reduced from 47 to 42

Fizz buffs: - W cooldown reduced from 7 - 5 seconds to 7 - 3 - E AP ratio increased from 90% to 95%

Lee Sin nerf: - Base AD reduced from 69 to 66 (not nice)

Yunara changes: - Q passive on-hit AP ratio increased from 10% to 20% - Q active on-hit AP ratio increased from 10% to 20% - RW base damage increased from 50 - 250 to 50 - 350 - RW AP ratio reduced from 100% to 75%
