🫠 sums it up... H20s are actually better than H100s for inference, so this is a huge opportunity for China to push their models and capitalize on automated R&D.

Just the first wave of approved 300k H20 chips would net the US ~$540M. That money should go to chip enforcement first — even half would boost BIS’s budget by almost 150% over FY24.
