There is definitely value to humanoid robots, but I’d bet pretty heavily on a few standardized form factors w humanoid being one of them that’s relatively expensive, vastly outnumbered by other smaller or simpler ones.

honestly sounds like a 200iq teenage white hat hacker; maybe i'm reading too much into it, but mythos screams of metacognition, and i don't detect malice. if anthropic's safety efforts fail, at least we know we gave it the best shot possible.

We’re missing a much bigger point on Mythos. It wasn’t even trained specifically for cybersecurity. It’s just that much better at doing work in general. It’s that good at cyber because it’s that good at everything. What do you think this is going to do to knowledge work?

I think there’s a misconception about how AI will break and change things. The Mythos hype has convinced people that AI is about to be so advanced that it can overcome our great cybersecurity defenses. It’ll creat new zero-days and use them to attack everything. And that

mostly correct. dario/sama would've both be right if chatgpt code were blowing up and claude was lagging. but now, OAI has excess compute (codex limits are nuts) as they've experienced less demand growth than expected while anthropic is the reverse.
