Tonight, Maryland made history! I’m so proud that we are sending Angela Alsobrooks to the United States Senate. I know she’s going to have our backs, especially when it comes to protecting our reproductive freedom.

I also want to thank every MDer who voted YES on Question 1 to protect the right to reproductive freedom. But this fight is not over! It won’t be over until EVERY woman in EVERY state has the same access to the reproductive care they need to stay healthy & safe.

It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of former Delegate Jimmy Malone, after a long battle with cancer. Del. Malone served in the House for 19 years and was well known in Annapolis and Baltimore County for his huge heart. He will be sorely missed.
