Tricvuspid Valves and leads have been on my brain recently. I LITERALLY ALMOST went into the OR asking "so are we jailing the lead... or what you guys doin?" ...for a MITRAL Valve. 🤦🏻‍♀️Thank goodness I critically thought before I said something 😲 I promise I know anatomy 👀🫀

I've gotten 2 helpful recommendations from patients! 1. Foam donut for SUBQ ICD side sleepers 2. Silicone nipple cover to put on (HEALED) implant site to prevent seat belt/ bra irritation! Do you guys have any helpful suggestions from patients you want to share? #EPEEPS #CIED

I love doing V-A conduction testing while I'm doing RV thresholds. Not sure why the last 2 beats retrograde conduction got shorter but still. It's a little secret cool thing I like to do 😊 #EPEEPS #CIEDthings
