Very interesting paper out in the RFS now. Social Finance, David Hirshleifer, Yushui Shi and Weili Wu provide evidence that sell-side analysts say βbuyβ publicly, while whispering βsellβ to connected fund managers. academic.oup.com/rof/article-abβ¦
Great paper by Roni Michaely, Guillem Ordonez-Calafi and Silvina Rubio, showing that "sustainable" funds often only vote sustainably when their vote is not decisive (academic.oup.com/rof/article-abβ¦). We need to find better ways to make green finance work! #ESG #GreenFinance
