Remembering a special summer living in this ‘hut’ in the Lewis Hills, Newfoundland - an experience which showed me the importance of a ‘wild’ mind. My thinking has become domesticated and ‘flabby’ in recent years…and, it needs to change!

Did you know that wetlands are the home to 40% of the world’s plant and animal life? The scary fact is 35% of it has been lost or degraded in the last 50 years. It’s so crucial to protect these special areas. #soundscape #rewilding #hydrophone #regeneration #pondlife

We were invited to @thenewtinsomerset last week. Surrounded by the wonderful #soundscape of the estate, we gave a talk and performance (with brassicas grown on the estate!) which described how we use #sound and #listening to create pathways to #regenerative futures!
