Finished the brown wattlebird today…after nearly a week on the grevillea, he actually came together pretty quickly. Not one of our most colourful aussie birds, but gorgeous nonetheless. Pastel pencils on mi teintes Velvet. Ref: Redwren Photography. #art #wattlebird #pastel.

I wanted to share smth from my distance learning course. I didn’t broke down the things I want to draw into basic shapes in ages. As a selftaught artist I often overlook the basics. Therefore I am glad I can learn everything again from scratch. This is one of the first practices

Digital art is way more comfortable to do for me than traditional art (not having to drag out all the drawing utensils, getting water & making enough space for the canvas)so regarding this challenge there will propably a lot of digital paintings. #1arteachweek #artist #digitalart
