I've no idea what the protocol is in replying to utterly inane corporate bullshit that is in no way the fault of the poor people having to type it into a screen. Virgin's policies are absolute shite but it's not the fault of people like 'PZ' and the rest of them. #solidarity

the hilarity here is of course that I just want to get rid of my account. Virgin have demonstrated time and again that they are an eye-wateringly terrible company. But I can't even close my damn account. I just want a link to a form where I don't have to talk to a bot.
