I’m thrilled to introduce Protocol: a new structure for Ethereum Foundation’s R&D teams! Our focus: scale L1, scale blobs, and improve UX, without compromising on Ethereum's core values. The world is ready for the world computer. It's on us to deliver it.

Happy to keep working with stokes on scaling blobs, thankfully with the help of many great teams at the EF and beyond First stop, getting DAS in the protocol with Fusaka .oO Ethereum-grade blockspace should be for everyone.

The EF is donating $500K to the legal defense of Roman Storm, and we will match up to a further $750K in donations from the community. Privacy is normal, and writing code is not a crime.

Berlin interop week was crazy. Having researchers and core devs sharing the same space was extremely useful, here are the slides of the two presentations I gave on: - FOCIL <> Scaling/UX/urgency: docs.google.com/presentation/d… - Statelessness and Censorship resistance:

Very excited to share this work! I’ll be focusing on blobpool tickets moving forward. If you’re a rollup or user who wants to chat about this, let me know!

📜 Check out our new paper! When L2 fees are very low, the best arbitrage strategy becomes to compute opportunities on-chain, essentially spamming the chain.

What I think is important for Ethereum to win while maintaining a global node set: 1. decouple validation from block building throughout with zk. this needs making zk proving blocks in real time easier: ePBS or Delayed Execution, I don't care which. trie migrations help but imo
