Because she is her own dog, and therefore she is allowed to do as she wants~. Including slowly drifting off to that half sleep that bored dogs have. Where they're both asleep and awake! And in that state, she'd start to lick the stranger's thigh.

She's gonna bark REAL loudly until she gets her pets! And she wants them on the head, on the cheeks, and maybe a few back scratches!!

The little wolf licked her lips again, then stepped forward, one step at a time until she could reach out and grip the stranger's hips!

She puked up plastic on her kitchen table.
