Update on the 2nd minion run. 240 tagged amplicons from freshwater inverts from Gabon = 175 barcodes, 115 QC compliant! Huge thanks to Amrita Srivathsan @asrivathsan.bsky.social for helping resolve some demultiplexing issues. Runs 3 and 4 when the flow cells arrive next week. Way to go @EliseKnobloch
