I have finally remade my website so I am now officially in the modern age! scattershot.org I've spent a long time crafting this - now the "works" page is filled with video, audio, and scores, and I've got a page for each instrument I've designed. Check it out!

Today Make Noise released a harmonic, waveshaping, fm, spectral table oscillator/processor called the Spectraphon! I collaborated on the hardware design for this with @rolando_vision, and @tomerbe did the firmware and dreamed it up. We are so excited about this!

Getting close to finishing a run of 8 more Electrosteel prototypes to add to the 2 I've already built. In a couple of weeks, I should be ready to send them out to some players to get feedback. Can't wait to hear what people think of them!

The Steel Guitar Podcast from Fretboard Journal just released an interview with me that I'm really proud of. If you're curious about the Electrosteel or my work as a composer/instrument designer, listen to it! Thanks to Matt Perpick for a rollicking interview. sites.libsyn.com/482460/jeff-sn…
