Very disappointing that MarriottVacationClub seem unwilling or unable to answer a simple question about the cancellation policy at the Anadaluza resort. Due to this we're going to have to cancel our holiday

Very disappointed with Randox. I couldn't possibly recommend them to anyone. Order placed first thing Tuesday, I've heard nothing from them since. They don't answer their DM's either. I've tried to cancel my order and radio silence.

So Deliveroo, this is how my PizzaExpress Pizza has turned up. Not acceptable, they obviously didn't have the right size box so cut the pizza into smaller slices. Also our dough sticks were missing. What can you do please?

This has been the worst example of customer service I've ever seen. eBay UK have effectively stolen money from my wife and forced her to spend weeks chasing this down. Ebay eventually agreed to refund and follow up with an explanation however neither have happened. Disgraceful

Saw a great project I was keen to support on Kickstarter. However I won't ever support another project on their platform after they failed to take action regarding a project which failed to deliver to me and many other backers.
