Yesterday was EPIC thanks to the lovely and generous Fatboy Slim. It is hard to raise awareness of things many of us don’t want to think about, such as hospice care, but he walked for 12 hours to help us do just that. Privileged to have been on the journey! #BeMoreSnail

Hello Brighton. Been having some offline time these past few days and it feels great 🤩 I’ve been leaving my phone in my shell during the daytime so I’m less distracted and more present in the moment. Life is far more enriching when you pay proper attention to the good stuff 💗
