Last run of the training trip. We are ready for August 12

Program goals are set and we are ready for the season to start. The training trip is officially over. We will see everyone on August 12 in front of the Fieldhouse.

Had a nice rain shower during our morning run to end the training trip. Had a beautiful rainbow to end the run.

This 10,000m race has me glued to the TV. American almost wiped out mid-race but got back on the horse. Ethiopians working together, conversing mid-race. Ugandan asserted dominance with some hand fighting. The drama is phenomenal. Oh yeah and the pace is insane. #Olympics

And his first ever sub-4:00 mile was on the St. Louis U. High track for the HOKA Festival of Miles
