After a day of pulling my hair out stuck in traffic for doing an hours work from 1 pm to 5pm. What idiot at Swansea Council decided to close oystermouth Rd on a Friday, the busiest day of the week normally, before 1pm. I’d love a reply, without the quote I should have prepared😩

This customer had their dream kitchen installation ruined by the fitter they kicked off the job.When we called what the fitter had done was horrendous. Took what he had fitted out salvaged what we could and reinstalled replacing what couldn’t be saved. Not all hero’s wear capes😜
