Happy to be part of the conference. I have seen the seriousness on the subject, possibly first time in my life, from government initiated development at grass root, by die technology adoption.The first step of change must be successful at all places, not just pilots for demo.

Plan of rural development, first time in our history has become a serious business. I have felt myself at two day national conference on smart gram panchayat the changed implementation machinery with clear intention and plan. Hopes are now high!
