YENI Company are called Tote This Way. Selling reusable tote bags with unique designs. They won 4 awards at yesterday’s YENI Trade Fair in the Castle Court: 1Best Marketing 2Highest Sales 3Best Company and 4A special recognition award Hannah Cullen as Future Entrepreneur.

Aquinas is proud to announce it has been recognised as an Enterprising School by Young Enterprise. This prestigious designation acknowledges the school’s exceptional commitment to equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed financial decisions.

Aquinas Grammar great to see this recognition. No more important time to build entrepreneurial capacity and capability in our young leaders of the future. Well done.

Derek Anderson, EA Head of Internal Audit & Assurance, is a volunteer business advisor at Aquinas Grammar School for their Young Enterprise Company Programme. Sixth form pupils who participate, form a company, & sell products for a year while gaining business experience. #WeAreEA

The school company was called ‘Tote this Way’ & designed NI themed Tote bags. It won 2024 Belfast Company of the year award & secured a contract to supply Tote bags to Queens University. The Company donated profits (£430) to local charity, Cancer Focus. Well done all! #WeAreEA

Y14 students were invited to showcase their winning product from last year’s Young Enterprise Company at the Global Innovation Summit, held at QUB. This was a fabulous opportunity, they were surprised by a private tour with Secretary Hilary Clinton and Envoy Joe Kennedy II.

Congratulations to our Year 13 company, 'Mug'd Off', who took part in the YENI Belfast trade fair in Castle Court Shopping Centre. They took home awards for Best Marketing, Highest Sales and Best Company Runner Up. Thanks to Nita Yeast, we had a fantastic day. Aquinas Grammar
