this year has changed me more than i ever thought it would

This year has taught me that sometimes God doesn’t change the situation. He changes you, so the situation no longer has power over you.

People really think imma do them the way they did me, or the way they do other people, and are so on guard because of it 😭 like sorry but I’m actually very pure of heart. Flawed? Yes! Malicious tho? It never gave that !

Forever a student

This world literally forces you to develop an abrasive side to your personality; because the amount of people who try to mistreat you if you’re not privy to the different ways people can be manipulated, is sad 😂.

Life has a gentle way of stitching us back together, and for that quiet mercy, I’m endlessly grateful.
