Congrats to ECS! They got a late second as I was making my way to the pitch and win their first state title in seven years, 2-0. Tough loss for St. George’s but they are so young and talented. They’ll be back.

The Eagles Girls Cross Country team placed 6th at the State championship meet today in Hendersonville! Samantha Hardison led the team with a new PR of 21:30. Meredith Porter (22:03) and Carrington Clay (22:10) also set PR times. Noelle Brink ran a 22:24 & Ellie Metcalf ran 22:57.
