In my mind there is little doubt that people in general are becoming increasingly interested in preventive healthcare, and simultaneously it is increasingly clear that the state will not be able to serve that interest.

Interesting and somewhat problematic that our primary health offering is based on what the state can supply / afford and not what the individual demand and is willing to pay.
