Simon R Dodds It really is possible to design-operate-improve. In that order. We are largely stuck with operating systems and hoping the Kool-aid of qi will make the difference. Qi might help a bit, but without design, and maths (modelling), we waste so much, including human capital.

This is the best book I have read on how to engage a whole organisation in the journey of improvement. Frank has been doing this successfully for decades and I am delighted he has shared his wisdom.
