Here is a quick workout you can all do at hone!

Here is a great hitting drill to help keep your head down & tracking the ball in! They are using tennis balls but you can realistically use anything! Notice that the hitter is keeping perfect form while doing this! Continue to use your legs even though you aren’t hitting a ball!

This is a great reminder of the little things. Short hops are the fundamentals of a ground ball and something we do everyday! Notice how her glove is ALWAYS moving toward the ball, she isn’t waiting for the ball to come to her, she is attacking it.
