Many “apolitical” figures in pursuit of brand friendliness will take a neutral stance on abhorrent moral issues. Only problem is, as society progresses that neutrality will be seen as opposition. Thus causing more (and stronger) criticism then would’ve been seen originally

It's wild how much the Destiny and H3 community has mixed together. Considering Destiny openly encouraging violence towards other streamers who criticize him or you know... him getting ousted.

This basically confirms the online right has been in a deliberate process of forcing the image of their popularity through streamers. It's also why those right wing VTubers got inexplicably massive upticks in the first half of the year that crashed hard within a couple months.

Least surprising thing considering how much Kick promoted these guys. Kick has no ethics, they don't care for moderation, nor do they care for the safety of their streamers. They just care about funneling people towards Stake's gambling sites.
