I finished the TCS London Marathon with a new personal best, ran almost all of it this time and raised money for Bristol Refugee Rights. Didn't manage the time I was aiming for (good first half, tricky second) but spent a day loving London, running and some of my favourite music.

So many happy memories of time over 35 years with Sir Andrew Davis. His laughter was infectious, his music making natural and inspiring, his commitment to new and British music unwavering. So many reasons to mourn his loss but celebrate the joy and privilege of having known him.
