Off which coast, past me?! Coastal lake that I even named. Marked neither on a map or my world building notes or my conlang notes. Why am I like this?

Woo back to drowning myself in a writing session tonight. Work is way too frustrating lately. And I wish I had more then the next two days off. 4 more hours of this blasted shift and back to POTP:D

Me re-watching the HTTYD trilogy counts as research for my dragon tamer character. Right?

Of course the moment I give up on the scene I think of a solution that makes everything better. And ties things together way more then it needed to. And of course it's while I'm at work so now I gotta wait and hope I remember the idea by the end of the shift.

Lol stayed up til like 5am writing 2500 words. Double my usual amount on a /good/ day. All because it might have turned spicy. Okay because it did turn spicy. But it sounds weird out of context because supernatural creatures shenanigans.

Being a writer means constantly searching "shades of [insert colour]" so you can avoid using "blue as the ocean", "firey red" or "white as snow" all the time.

Oh! Low and behold its time to come up with sur names again. How fun. Screams into the darkness as I wait for it to reply to me. Hoping it gives me the answers I need.

Still having the worst case of --essentially imposter syndrome (if that's what you call this sinking dread feeling that my writing will get me nowhere feeling) So don't expect me fully back. But I'm at least lurking today.

Finally feeling better mentally and then I end up getting sick. Like I have games to play and things to write. but sleep is all that's basically been happening. omg it's been days I need this to stop.
