Luke Silguero doing a great job here working on his slow motion snap progression. Step 1 ball lift from the elbows. Step 2 chest and leg drive. Step three proper finish. Work these in steps then slowly transition to making this one fluid movement when you’re ready! #longsnapper

Great example of Luke Silguero using his air snap drill to train his body on how to move explosively during his snap. Luke is a large athlete, and as he becomes more explosives during his snapping process his snap times will decrease tremendously #longsnapper
